The project
A large production employee-relations and disciplinary-process platform used by national companies. Systems like this accumulate years of business rules, so the work is careful maintenance: fixing defects without breaking processes HR teams depend on daily.
What I did
- Maintained and extended the React frontend and Django backend of a long-lived production system.
- Diagnosed and fixed defects across complex disciplinary and case workflows.
- Worked with the vendor team on SLA-driven support cycles and releases.
Where it landed
Steady stream of fixes and improvements shipped to a platform in daily use at scale, under an ongoing support agreement.
