The project
A survey and visualisation system measuring digital maturity across client organisations — capturing structured responses and turning them into growth-plan dashboards. The project was in trouble when I joined: a fixed deadline, and delivery at risk.
What I did
- Joined as a rescue engineer and took ownership of blocked workstreams.
- Built survey capture flows and the visualisation views on React with a GraphQL/Express backend.
- Integrated Flowable-driven process logic and AWS-hosted services.
- Stabilised the codebase enough to ship within the committed window.
Where it landed
Delivered on the deadline that was previously at risk — the system went out and was used for client growth-plan reporting.
